Late Summer Family Session in Muskoka

Amy is by far one of my biggest supporters. I think she has booked me for more sessions then any other client!! I absolutely LOVE photographing her and her beautiful family. Herself and hubby Chris are so sweet together and are really good at being able to relax and open up in front of the camera. This is such a huge part of how your photos will turn out. YES - a lot of it is on the photographer using the right prompts, making you feel comfortable etc etc but if you are able to relax, be yourself, have fun with it and maybe even be a little vulnerable I promise the results will be MAGIC.

I met up with them at a family cottage in Bala and we took advantage of that golden hour glow. I think late summer sun is my absolute favourite light to shoot in! We spent a little time hanging out down by the water, chatting about life and catching up since our last shoot. They have another little one joining the family soon which means a few more shoots together in the next little bit (woo!). I can’t wait to keep documenting this growing family as the years go by.
